- Different AI features use different amounts — for example, a simple translation is about 1–2 AI Units, a detailed analysis 3–5, and an AI-generated image 5–10.

How do the usage packages work?
Much like a mobile data bundle. A monthly package (Plus, Pro) includes a set number of AI Units and is renewed automatically each month. A Boost is a one-time package whose AI Units stay valid for 14 days, with no subscription. AI Units are spent only when you actually use an AI feature, and how many depends on how much work it does — nothing is spent by simply having the app open.
What if I use up my monthly package?
Add a Boost package anytime — its AI Units are added on top of your plan and stay valid for 14 days. They become available immediately and are spent before your monthly ones, so nothing is wasted.
When do the 14 days start, and what happens at the end?
The 14 days start the moment you buy — not at first use — and we show you the end date before you buy and on your billing page. At the end the package simply ends, the same way a 14-day data bundle does: any AI Units you didn't spend are not carried over. If you buy another Boost while one is still running, the leftover AI Units are added to the new package and the whole thing runs for 14 days from the new purchase.
Monthly package or Boost — which should I pick?
If you practice regularly, a monthly package costs less per AI Unit and renews on its own. If you only need the AI tools now and then, or want to cover one busy stretch, a 14-day Boost is the better fit — no subscription, no renewal.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription anytime via the Stripe Customer Portal. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. Refund Policy
What is your refund policy?
A package bought on our website can be refunded for the part you have not used yet, within 14 days of purchase; the part already used is non-refundable. A started subscription period is generally non-refundable. Your EU/EEA statutory rights are unaffected. Refund Policy
Do unused monthly AI Units roll over?
No — each monthly package covers that month, and a fresh one starts on your renewal date. Boost packages are separate: they run for 14 days from purchase and their AI Units are spent before your monthly ones.
How many AI Units does each feature use?
Simple translations use about 1-2 AI Units, detailed analysis about 3-5, and image generation about 5-10. Actual usage depends on the length and complexity of the text.
How do I update my payment method?
Click the "Manage" button on your AI Units card to access the Stripe Customer Portal. There you can update your card, view invoices, and manage your subscription.
What happens when I upgrade or downgrade?
Upgrading takes effect immediately — your account type and monthly AI Units update right away. Downgrading or canceling keeps your current package active until the end of the billing period.
If I have both, which AI Units are spent first?
Your Boost AI Units are always spent before your monthly ones. Boost packages have the shorter life — 14 days — so spending them first means you get the most out of what you paid for, and your monthly package is still there afterwards.
Are AI Units money?
No. AI Units are a measure of how much you use the AI features, like minutes on a phone plan or gigabytes on a data plan. They are not money, not stored value and not a voucher: they cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or used anywhere outside Oropen.
