How does the credit system work?
Free accounts can purchase a Boost anytime. Subscriptions (Plus, Pro) provide a monthly credit allocation that refreshes automatically. Each AI feature uses credits based on complexity.
What if my monthly credit runs out?
You can buy a Boost anytime to add extra capacity for 14 days. Boost tokens are added to your balance immediately and are used before your subscription credits.
Do Boost tokens expire?
Yes. A Boost is valid for 14 days from purchase; any unused Boost tokens expire after that. Buying another Boost while one is still valid combines the remaining tokens and extends them to 14 days from the new purchase. Subscription credits refresh monthly and don't carry over.

Subscriptions offer better value for regular users with automatic monthly renewal and tier features. Boosts are perfect for occasional use or when you need extra capacity for up to two weeks beyond your monthly allocation.
Can I change or cancel my plan?

No, subscription credits refresh monthly and don't accumulate. Boost tokens are separate: they are valid for 14 days from purchase and are used before your subscription credits.
How much credit does each AI feature use?
Simple translations use ~1-2 OPT, detailed analysis ~3-5 OPT, and image processing ~5-10 OPT. Actual usage depends on text length and complexity.
How do I update my payment method?
Click the "Manage" button on your balance card to access the Stripe Customer Portal. There you can update your card, view invoices, and manage your subscription.
What happens when I upgrade or downgrade?
Upgrading takes effect immediately — your account type and credit allocation update right away. Downgrading or cancelling keeps your current plan active until the end of the billing period.
