Memory

Turn the cards over and remember where each translation hides — a board built from your own cards.

  1. Every card is dealt face down. You get one look at the board before it turns over.
  2. Turn two cards over. The same word and its meaning stay up; anything else goes back down.
  3. Clear the board in as few moves as you can — the score is about recall, not speed alone.

Unlike a generic memory game the cards are yours: every pair you find that is due today moves forward in your review schedule, exactly as if you had reviewed it.
